Fly In, Gear Up, Go

Just 2.2 miles from the Reno airport, so your gear is ready before you are. Fly in, grab your bikes, camping equipment, coolers, or even your vehicle, and roll straight to the playa. We're also convenient for shopping before you head out, and close to plenty of places to stay once you're back.

Burners get 24 hour electronic gate access for one week before the event and one week after, plus a porta potty and a dumpster on site while the burn is on.

Excludes furniture, appliances, hazardous materials, and freight shipments. A package release form is required before we accept anything on your behalf.

Every burner gets a shipping info packet with the details. Prices vary depending on size and weight.
